It's planned to make reconfiguration of filesystem to increase performance of disk operations.
From 09:00 AM UTC for security reason stratums will be stopped for some hours to complete payments of all mined coins.
This important break is needed to gain performance of pool, because these days number of miners on arcpool was drastically increased
and blocks processing time was increased too.

Also, I do not know which % of reward is reasonable (10-20%?)
Finally, should be the IP/port estatic or it can be also dynamic? Public or private?

Most likely cause of that is probably an old version of the wallet that is not on the right chain. What wallet version are you using? The latest version is v1.0.0.3-10001. you can check this by clicking in your wallet on the help tab than "about numus" tab.

differences between running masternodes on VPS and on desktop computers
could set up only 1 mn per pc and many on vps (if u have many ip connected to vps)

Mine seems to be up and running even though I felt like I did something wrong with my VPS set up. Guess I will find out tomorrow if it is no longer active!

I'm seeing this a lot in the logs too, although the cold wallet is up right now

okay I'm getting fed up with this cold wallet setup. Ive done like 10 cold wallet windows/linux vps setups and Numus is the ONLY one that I have ever had issues with.
The masternode ALWAYS falls out of the masternode list after an hour every time.

I can tell people are running cold wallets in VPS based on the IP/port's in the masternode list but for whatever reason mine won't work an it's just irritating.
Cold and hot wallet setup both work fine for Numus.
Have you checked the debug log file ?
Debug logs show very little info.
Only thing I can see on the wallet logs would be this : 2018-01-22 17:56:56 socket send error 10054
