So it is clear,  CodeAudit is a for-profit corporation incorporated in the state of Delaware.

FrictionlessCoin will be the brand for products that will create all kinds of crypto-currency software for sale.

One of these products may be a Nxt clone that we may offer for sale to the public.

Carlos Perez is a shareholder in CodeAudit Corp.   "FrictionlessCoin" in this forum relates to the actions of the corporation.  "solracx"  in this forum relates to the actions of the person.   

So it is even clearer to you, ZenithCoin is owned and by Carlos Perez.   FrictionlessCoin created ZenithCoin.

FrictionlessCoin also is the lead developer for iXcoin and makes its software contributions for free for iXcoin.

FrictionlessCoin has other projects in the pipeline regarding crypto-currencies.

In short,  if FrictionlessCoin decides that selling a Nxt clone has financial potential,  then it is clearly within the laws of the United States of America and the State of Delaware to provide such software.

I am not on a smear campaign. I am simply asking for clarification on some very simple questions.

As others have pointed out, your behaviour(s) speak volumes.

Corporate entity is incorporated in the State of Delaware under the name CodeAudit Corp.

Accusing a company of fraud without having something to back it up can get you sued for defamation.

So be very careful what you say.

Why did you go silent on your main thread?
I was waiting for an answer about where you are incorporated. I could advise you on best type of corporate structure to minimize the chance of anybody peircing the corporate veil. That is a term you might not be aware of, but considering that you admit that you see nothing wrong with misleading people, it is super important your misleading doesnt rise to the level of fraud. Fraud is a crime and last i checked actively misleading people could in some cases be elevated to fraud

Legally when they say a corporation is a separate person, it is with the assumption that you have all the paperwork in place. Corporate charter, board meetings, corporate resolutions, and whatever you do don't ever commingle any personal funds with corporate funds. That would almost certainly invalid the whole separate person status and make you fully liable personally for anything the corpotarion did.

Be careful carlos, just return any money anybody has actually sent you and then i think you can avoid all fraud convictions. However if you take even a dollar, that woulld give cause of action. If there are more than 25 people that you take money from, it could even turn into a class action suit. Really a nasty business

I think you need to amend you corporate behavior and stop misleading people. It can be a crime

Why not name it Carlos(Perez)Coin? And consider TRYING to write your own code (it should fit with your name)

Also sell it for IXCoin instead of NXT. IXC at least is a solid coin with a vibrant future ahead

650 million for buy in of 1 million NXT (or equivalent) to pay for development.

zero allocation for dev.

what you get is a new version of NXT
