Hi Smiley
Can you explain what Optherium makes unique from other cryptonote coins? What is the goal of this project that will set it apart and make it a valuable coin in the future?

Thank you in advance!

Optherium’s Value Proposition: “Each element of the Optherium Ecosystem has been designed to address the three core problems of today’s blockchain  industry: speed of currency conversions and confirmations, security of digital assets, and usability of digital assets. Not only does Optherium help users manage and use their digital assets more intuitively, but Optherium fundamentally changes blockchain technology so it is usable by the e-commerce, banking, and financial industries. Optherium provides a complete Blockchain solution for enterprises.”

What does it mean confirmation of currencies?

Confirmation of payments by miners.

Whats about payments worldwide using NFC (VISA - and Mastercard-provided API) in your wallet? Will they be available?

Yes, we will need an agreement with VISA and Mastercard to offer NFC payments through their channels. We have already initiated discussions with both VISA and Mastercard and hope to have agreements in place by mid-summer.

I hope everything will be OK.

As reported by the Census Bureau non-store companies account for 72.4% of all B2C retail.

The rest of the participants include Motor Vehicle and Parts Dealers, Sporting Goods, Book, Hobby, as well as Music Stores, Electronics, Appliance Stores, Clothing, Clothing Accessories Stores, and Building Materials

The goods of all these groups can be bought on the project platform?

B2C/Mobile App

The cornerstone of the Optherium B2C platform is the Optherium eWallet/Mobile App, an advanced tool for digital asset management. The eWallet/Mobile App allows individuals and small businesses to secure their digital assets with Multisecure Technology™ utilizing Dynamic Biometrics™ while managing their assets directly from their decentralized wallets.

When the wallet will be reliased?

The wallet has been constructed and is being tested. The release date is June 1, 2018.

And each user will already be able to try out your wallet?

What type of wallet is online or cold?

The commissions to be charged for transactions on the ecosystem will vary from 0.1% to 0.5% of the value of the transaction. Entities with large numbers of transactions per month will benefit from the lower fees per transactions. Individuals making NFC payments using their phones will pay 0.5%. This is still much lower than typical credit card fees of 2.5-3.0% of the transaction value.

Optherium utilizes 3 types of keys for 3 keys of multisignature wallet. The first wallet is generated on off-line computer in Key Recovery Service and absolutely cold. It’s accessed for you in case of lost. The second key is generated on you device and newer leave it. The third is accessed by system of smart contracts in our ecosystem. This system of smart contracts is a configurable by a user levels of restrictions and conditions how this key can be used.

Then this really reliable wallet will turn out. I want to use it when it is launched.

Why to choose Optherium?

We agree that QR or NFC payments will be free to the user initiating the payment from their eWallet, but the vendor receiving the payment will pay a much smaller fee with Optherium than they currently do when they accept a credit or a debit card payment.

I understand correctly, users will be able to withdraw coins for free from the purse of the project?

How and where do you store information?

This question is very important for us. We are thinking not only about security of users funds but also about security of users private information. We are utilizing technology of private blockchain network which restricts access level for authorized users. Also information is distributed between different services which utilize their own private blockchains. For example all information about user is stored by KYC, but it doesn't have any information of user's wallets. KYC service doesn't store raw sensitive information even email addresses and phone numbers, nobody in Optherium labs company has access to this information. Also Optherium labs has patented multidecentralized technolody(need to clarify the name of patent) to store sensitive data needed for AML as well as any other data in absolute new manner. This data can be retrieved only if some condition or multiple conditions happened.

Why distribute information about users between different organizations?

It should be understood that the 0.5% fee attached to individual NFC payments will be paid by the vendor receiving the payment, not the individual user making the payment.

NFC payments are free for the owner of an Optherium eWallet.

The goal of the project is well described in the value proposition above. What will create a rise in token value is the unique multifunctionality of the OPEX token. The facilitator function of the token, which involves its use in every currency conversion on the ecosystem and for the payment of KYC, KRS, and digital vault  services, guarantees daily demand for usage and maintains velocity in the token economy. The Node Licensure function, which requires the token value of the Node to be maintained over each calendar year in order for the holder to benefit from a pro rata share of 25% of the company’s net profit, will incentivize the node holder to maintain their token number and not sell their tokens on the open market tending to increase their price. Roughly 2/3 to 3/4 of the tokens to be sold will be Node Licensure Tokens and will be restricted from sale for 1 year after the ICO.

Can you talk more about these 25 percent of profits?

Due to what more than 100K transactions per second are possible?

As for me, this is one of the main advantages of the project. Especially it should be appreciated by entrepreneurs.
