Just another question, although I'm pretty much sure it has been already covered here: let's assume I've 500 ORBs. How to make them into 25 blocks of 20 ORBs each or 10 blocks of 50ORBs ? Should I send each correct amount from my wallet to my own 2nd receiving address?

Go to Wallet > Options > Display and check 'Enable the Coin Control' [OK]
If you go now to the 'Send' screen you can click Coin Control.
There you see your amount of ORB & blocks you have.

You can send blocks of your preferred amount to your second address or you can send ORB to the same address.
On the 'Send' screen you can check 'custom change address' there you can paste your ORB address.
To the same address you can now send blocks of ORB.
Using 'custom change address' means you will keep everything at the same address but you can send ORB to another
address anyway Smiley

Another problem with sharing wallets over multiple computers: if you send funds from one, the client may generate a unique change address - a new private key - that the other client won't know about. They'll show different balances because the other client won't recognise that funds sent to the change address belong to you. If you're not super careful there is potential for losing funds.

Holy God Sad
Deeply convinced Smiley

They will produce stakes at nearly the same time using the same inputs, but only one of them can be accepted by the network. Your wallets will be full of orphans. It's better to use a single wallet on a PC or server which you can run 24/7. Orbitcoin doesn't crash on its own as I've fixed all critical bugs that I'm aware of in the past years.

Thanks ghostlander. I'll follow your guidelines then. Smiley

No surrender, no retreat, no regret.
Stake wise will it change something by running two ORB clients on separate PC (yet having the very same wallets, for redundancy purpose) ?

Thanks in advance

I heard that this coin has a 500% annual staking rate. Is that right?

Probably a while ago when the PoS diff was low and there were less online staking wallets.
Now the diff is higher and there are pretty much wallets online to stake so 500% annually
isn't realistic these days.

It's still worth to stake ORB anyway, Orbitcoin is a coin for the long term and in time the
price will be going up (i'm sure about that)  Smiley

How many coins are needed to make 1 stake every day?

Depends on the size of your blocks, a block of 40 ORB will stake mostly faster
than a block of 20 ORB.
You need to run your wallet to stake and it's also a matter of luck, there will
be 720 stakes a day if i'm correct and there are many others staking too.

Like @ogtk wrote, i think you need at least 1k to 2k ORB to get ~1 stake a day.
(blocks of 40 ORB each are recommended)

What is the current Stake payout with this coin?

It isn't interest based. 1 coin per block.
