Read their whitepaper, check the team, search for reviews, videos, follow this thread... and then decide.

You never know 100% however... the team is actually well know. Jessica is a known celebrity and i don't think she will burn her reputation for some money.
If this project succeeds in the long run she will make much more than what the ICO is making for the moment.
So imho everything points to a good ICO

Comparing to alcohol and smoking cannabis is way less harmful and also has medicinal pros. But they are legal most of the countries which cannabis don't. The biggest reason of this is big tobacco and alcohol companies have too much lobbying power. Now well-funded and organised cannabis company Paragon may make a big difference.

Alcohol can be beneficial as well. Every stimulant has some bright sides, but people need to know how they can use it and how to avoid negative effects (like hangover)

Yeah, you are right but still beneficial side is not comparable with cannabis and cons are way ahead of cannabis.

The ban on cannabis was a political decision not a health decision... Many documents and articles about this and many people still suffer the consequences... Imagine living in one of the states where weed is still illegal and a swat team kicking in your door for a gram...
