For example i mined with 200g with the same add for 2 h on http://coinraper.ddnss.de/ and in few moments got many coins more

I guess it's not easy like that. As this list of steps for wallet on that PC, while you have wallet on a PC and Asic on other IP address. I also look for a guide for Asic, maybe have to add other step for routing in local network.
I think just mining via provided pools.

As the Difficulty grows and more people join the pools the transactions take just a bit longer. There is still 25 Pending blocks in this pool to be confirmed. I will personally watch follow up in a few when some are confirmed.
