Very interesting project. I'd like to see the address giveaway payouts were sent from and some proof of what retired cloud services were hired to mine this. If those are done I'd invest.

I shared news about Pharma with my friends at The Microsoft Health & Life Science Daily
Also Microsoft Life Science Managing Director Andrea McGonigle  tweeted about it.

Good Luck

So, just to speculate, the business model here seems similar to XPY in some ways. Company wants a digital currency to use in transactions for its products/services. Company launches coin without pre-mine and rents a huge amount of hash ( ~ 50% of LTC network hash rate) so they effectively own most of the currency. Masternodes and 15% POS ensure they retain control. Company offers precursor chemicals like pseudo-ephedrine medicine for sale over the internet …

what is wrong with this picture ?

In a way it makes sense, as long as there is enough liquidity in the market to consistently convert their alt to BTC as needed.  It makes me wonder why they would would want to hold so much of their own alt though.  I can't imagine their suppliers or any of the other people they need to pay to keep the lights on will be accepting it.  Could be a long con.  They have enough supply and funds to stay in business for a few months, it goes boom when they appear to be legitimate, and as soon as the supply of coins they are hoarding from the mining period and receiving from customer orders is worth more than their business, they start dumping and close up shop.  Not FUDing, just staying paranoid like anyone in the alt-scene should.

Not sure what the laws are in Poland, there are plenty of gray market online pharmacies, but I can't imagine if this shop does open it would be anything better than that.  Gray market, which doesn't exactly inspire confidence.

I don't know.  This one could be an epic scam or an easy ten-bagger if they are legit.  Posting more pictures of the blue eyed Slav goddess might convince me to buy some.........

We will provide information about our pharmacy network right after start of our online store. So far, we are going to post photos of our team at work. As for full de-anon. of our team, it will happen closer to store's opening.
About big hash rate. We and our investors rented power from suspended cloud-mining services. We aren't renting hash power at Nicehash and similar mining services.
Here's a screenshot of the main page of the store.

No Im not a paid fudder... Can you get paid for that nowadays? awesome!  Grin

"it is my last post in the thread"
I did typ this, and I did delete the line... I dont see any reason for you to take the effort of looking that up..  Roll Eyes Sometimes people change their minds.. That is how the world works Wink

Anyway.. The dev is ignoring all serious questions, I think that answers all of our questions at once atm Wink

A code review has nothing to do with speculating where the hashes are coming from at this point Wink

Your comment has nothing to do with speculating where the hashes are coming from at this point.

Perhaps you would care to guess ?

Oh yeah, perhaps you should quote my entire post. But I will speculate some more... np.

He already said he checked the code. Even if there is something wrong in the source, it might be a thing that has never been seen before.. Time will tell right?

1. Like I said... It might be a complete new "bug" in the code...
2. Or if we should believe the dev team, they really paid $40K for renting hashes  Wink If that is true.. A dump is on its way Tongue
3. Dev team is owner of a cloudmining company. Looking for alternative ways to generate profit nowadays  Wink

I think option 3 is possible... When you think about it... It isnt even a strange idea... Many cloudmining companies went bust the last few months because of the low btc prices

We care because we put our money. Let me tell you that your answer sounds sort of unfriendly. Thanks anyway for the info. Good luck with XPH. After EuphoriaCoin (EUPH) failed and disappeared it's nice to know there is a new altcoin in the pharmacist field.

Bittrex doesn't list drug coins because it is illegal in the US.

Hey everyone

I know a lot of people have shown concern over Pharma's seemingly ridiculous hashrate. Out of safety I double checked the code to ensure that I did not miss anything. I'm glad to announce that I still have not found any problems with the code and stand by my original review and it's A rating for no problems with the code.

I don't know where the insane hashrate is coming from, but it is legitimate and the difficulty level of the coin is correct.

Care to speculate on the high hash rate reports? Or you don't care because you got paid to review?

I observed pharmad getmininginfo report network hash rate of 490 ghs just a while ago. Would you care to speculate where that might be coming from ? Its nearly 50% of the LTC network hash rate.
