Reiterating that I'm mining at about 30Gh/s and have so for about 10 days and brought up 42 PMC. I don't see that as a waste. Maybe not at today's prices but those prices are going up. But hey, your opinions are your own. I'm just putting up the facts.

In all seriousness, though - I don't really support mining. It results in wasted electricity, doesn't serve any purpose other than to give the coins to the guy who has a better rig, and overall the decentralization doesn't really matter once all coins are given away.

Which is precisely what happened here - except we did it with a faucet and a giveaway instead of spinning card fans around pointlessly.

And it's not like Bitcoin mining is very decentralized nowadays...

You are technically wrong, in fact this coin is mineable. Only for transaction fees but is possible to mine.

Anyone notice that over 11% of PMC is up for sale on Poloniex? 55464.1420499 PMC. I understand that one sell order at 30,702 @ 0.049 BTC makes up about 55% of the 11%, but that is still a lot of PMC to be held in one exchange.
