That's right. The first choice is to get PMC on Cryptsy or Bter maybe.
I think C-CEX and xnigma are too small to help PMC grow.
But SwissCEX can perhaps be the small exchange that grows fast enough to push PMC a bit.

Personally I think you need to make it as easy as possible for people to buy and if they've just sold another coin in an exchange then people are more likely to consider PMC if it is on the same exchange.
