I find it really odd that the volume on poloniex is destroying the volume on cryptorush.

 Huh

Don't forget someone dumped over 5k last night. Plus the price on crytporush is higher than it is on poloniex.

Yes but 0.00577942 movement isn't good at all

True, we need to get more coverage and spread the word, I still feel like there are too few people who know about the coin.

This is the problem.
Cryptorush has under a dozen seller/buys looking at premine. I'll be honset, I'm the majority of those buy/sells, just trying to get this market going. If word doesn't get out, this coin is dead. that guy that dropped 5K is actually looking pretty smart right about now; he could buy back in cheaper now, and sold when there was actually enough volume to drop 5k. At this time, there isn't 5k worth of buy orders in the wild if you ignore the 1 for 1 or 2 stash.

Speaking of symbol (PMC). I think we also need a short symbol (such as BTC or Ð).
That makes the currency feel more as a currency.

I was thinking about uppercase pi (Π), but I can't find a short ALT code to easily type it.

So another option is Phi (φ), which can be typed as ALT+237
I like that letter because it kind of looks like both a P and and (upside down) M.

φ15
φ0.25
67

What do you think?

I always liked ϸ - contains a p for premine and a b for bitcoin maybe.

Any thoughts on this?

Any more options? Should we vote?

Quote
#    Symbol      ALT+code
1      Π             (unknown)
2      φ                  237
3      ϸ              (unknown)
4      Other (which?)
5      Let's not have a symbol

Looking at the buy/sell orders, I'm starting to see a pattern on the exchanges.

People who hold PMC and understand PMC value it a lot higher than the people that don't. You'll notice that although the buy orders are much lower than the sell orders, the sell orders remain steadfast, because the people selling PMC know it's worth a lot more than the people who want to buy it.

That, or the people buying it think they can get PMC super cheap.

Well unfortunately, people need to realise there are less than 500k coins in existence. 5k is more than 1% of all the coins that will ever exist. That's bigger than most dev premines these days. 5k is a MASSIVE amount of coins!

You'd be damn lucky to be able to pick up 1k for less than 1 btc.

Compare 1k premine to your average coin of 21 million total supply. 1k of premine is like 42,000 coins of a 21,000,000 supply coin. That is a lot.

It shouldn't be sold under 0.0005 and I don't get the ppl that do, I bought 1,600 PMC for a total of 0.3 BTC, dirt cheap.
Looks like the same people are selling a load of PMC in small bits, since they got it for free they don't care about the real value.
Until their stack is sold the real value won't show, time to buy in!
Everyone here agrees that it can only be more valuable as ppl join in, that's the whole point about 100% premine.

As you say, time to buy.

Prices going way up is just a matter of time (and not much!).

Probably people don't know that are about 500,000 coins ever.

I remember the RPC giveaway of 0.01 and people were happy.

Yeah yeah RPC was not premined but PMC is more rare than many other coins, maybe not now but on long term

I completely agree with this statement. I feel like there are a lot of people trying to buy the coin and assume there are a lot more than 500k. I think if we could get on coinmarketcap more people would see that the coin is rare and that would help drive prices in the right direction.

I agree. I will try to contact them. I think you are right.

I just filled out the form to have it added, but of course having the more people that suggest it the higher the chances of getting it added.

Specially if the coin is BTC Cheesy

Even if you split the cap evenly between BTC and PMC, you could fit 42 BTC in 1 PMC.  Wink
