It can be mined and he was gave away all coins from the start, then started mining like everyone else who could mine.

I was thinking about uppercase pi (Π), but I can't find a short ALT code to easily type it.
So another option is Phi (φ), which can be typed as ALT+237

Someone went mad. At least I was able to get so 900 coins for small money.
Even thought something was wrong with the coin, but this was just complete stupidity.
