It's actually a really neat system. So if these downloads are not working it may be that your javascript is disabled in firefox, or not installed correctly.

If I disable all addons, Mega seems to work ok. I'll let you know when I find the culprit.

If you're not familiar with PoS, its dependent on how many coins you have and how long they have been staking.
The more coins you have and the more coin age accumulated the higher your chances of staking and the more coins you will receive.

ahh ok, I've deleted 478 then (the one missing the address).
As I mentioned, all those that were on the insufficient list but do have enough posts (less than 20 people) should be receiving their coins today.
