Have all the players folded and left the table? With a 100,000 coin premine and a vanishing developer, that is no suprise.

The chain could be revived easily. But why bother? I don't want to support a 100,000 POK premine.
So I announce my intent to REBOOT the pokercoin chain and to DESTROY the 100,000 premine.
Pokercoin Reboot Todo List:
* mine new chain > block 301 - DONE!
* create a new repo - DONE! - https://github.com/superblocks/Pokercoin
* release new client code with checkpoints from new chain - DONE! - Version 1.0.1 now in repo, with: https://github.com/superblocks/Pokercoin/blob/master/src/checkpoints.cpp
* Create a PokercoinEaterDoNotSend /dev/null type address, have the community review and approve it, and then destroy the premine by sending 100,000 coins to that address
* etc!
