The nodes are working - if you are using the windows wallet, just close it and open:
%Appdata%\polisCore
in "windows explorer" and open "polis.conf" by using the "editor".
Simply add the following text into it:
addnode=159.89.38.128
addnode=159.89.38.126
addnode=159.203.110.137
addnode=174.138.60.69
addnode=159.203.99.171
Save the file and start the polis wallet.
After that it should work.
1. I'm not using windows
2. First thing I did was actually add those same nodes, shutdown and restart the wallet
