It seems to me that the developers do not pay enough attention to both the coin and the marketing.
The last release is over 2 years ago, there is no activity in this thread either, it is not surprising that the price is going down.

We're expecting a major update in 2020 where our code is updated with all the latest and greatest from upstream Monero while still having all the elements that Masari introduces. Proof of work may be left the same as it's not being touched by unique hardware currently but other PoW algorithms may be explored.



These are still happening every other Saturday. Next meeting should fall on 02 May 2020. Discord invite can be found on the Masari web site, first page of this ANN and various posts throughout this discussion.
