Konstantin, you want to say that Aleksei Maetnyi and Markus Dupree are two different people?

Please take a close look at the White Paper where you may find that VogoV has 3 co-founders, and one of them is Ivan Kirillov.

I understand you correctly?
https://gyazo.com/4ef94297ee0e4d8f063effc2ab194645

Are you seriously? :-)

I read your White Paper very carefully and understood that there are many words in it and little sense. In no way is it explained why investors should buy your tokens and many other questions are also not covered. But you cover behind every paragraph with sonorous names and their reputation. Maybe these people just do not understand what they got into.
On the site of the owner of the Vogov, I would replace someone who wrote the White Paper for a more professional person versed in the mechanism of ICO.
But this is my personal opinion, I do not dare to impose it.

Regarding your proposal for a meeting with Markus in LA - I'm a little scared to meet with him after he won the award for "Best Double-Penetration".
Therefore, I reject your proposal :-)

It's a joke, I know him - he's a good guy and actor.

Have a nice day!

Konstantin, as I said - you do not quite understand what you are saying and do not know much about the adult niche which you promote in Vogov :-)
You say that Royal-cash.com and your current ICO are different companies, but at the same time the same person is behind their creation.
And this person does not pay commissions to his affiliates in the Royal-cash.com, which was said on the largest adult forum by another big affiliate program, much larger than Royal-cash and having a greater reputation than a Royal-cash.com
And many other affiliates on other forums confirmed that they had lost their rebills and stopped receiving payments.

How can you then explain that all negative comments about commission payments began exactly from the moment when the Royal-cash.com began to be managed by IKMedia S.R.O. which belongs to Ivan Kirillov, who also creates at the moment the ICO Vogov? All the major webmasters knew the old owner of the Royal-cash.com well and everything was fine when he was the owner of the company.

I understand that you have a task to promote your new startup Vogas, but we would like to know and see your successful projects that your company made before itself, in addition to acquiring an already successful business and destroy it.

Therefore, we want to understand the prospects of your current project.

Have a nice day!

Unfortunately, you have no idea of my experience to affirm that I don't quite understand what I'm saying and don't know much about the adult niche.

Please take a close look at the White Paper where you may find that VogoV has 3 co-founders, and one of them is Ivan Kirillov. VogoV and Royal Cash are the separate and different companies.

Also please learn more about Royal Cash and the situation with BrotherInCash on GFY. Miraculously you can find that Royal Cash and BrotherInCash were managed by the same company. You can also find out on GFY that there was an internal dispute that led to the separation of the companies. BrotherInCash was expelled on suspicion of theft. The posts you're appealing to are of the unfair competition nature towards Royal Cash. They were in vain and didn't affect Royal Cash at all. The major industry players work with Royal Cash: thebestporn.com/review/teenmegaworld, rabbitsreviews.com/s4247/Teen-Mega-World.htm, pornhub.com/channels/teenmegaworld, xhamster.com/users/teenmegaworld, xvideos.com/channels/teen-mega-world. If Royal Cash were a fraud, they would not have content distribution partners.

I think Bitcointalk is not the best place to discuss Royal Cash. Let's do it on GFY where there are a lot of webmasters willing to participate in the conversation. To be transparent with our future token buyers, we will leave a link to the GFY discussion on Bitcointalk.

Also we'd be happy to meet you in LA. You have a great opportunity to talk face-to-face with Markus, Ivan, Bridgette, Jonni (Rocco may also visit LA for the meeting with you). As a result of the meeting, we can publish a video or a post summarizing everything discussed.

Royal Cash is our partner

For some reason it seems to me that this is not so :-)
As we see from your Privacy page
http://nats.royal-cash.com/external.php?page=privacy
Screenshot here:
https://gyazo.com/5d7f703c2ebf66820f8d3f756fa5578b

Royal-cash.com belongs to the company IKMedia S.R.O.
This company is registered in Czech Republic.
https://rejstrik.penize.cz/06352049-ik-media-s-r-o
The owner of the company is Ivan Kirillov

And Co-Founder & Managing Director of your ICO also Ivan Kirillov
https://gyazo.com/f354ee88a9a710a8893e15a6315879bb

Coincidence?

Another moment
- Your ICO belongs to the company IKAM Media
- Royal-cash.com - IKMedia

IK... IK.... Oh...

MARKUS Dupree aka Aleksei Maetnyi = first letters of the name - AM
(this information is available in Google)
Ivan Kirillov = IK

IKMedia - Ivan Kirillov Media
IKAM Media - Ivan Kirillov Aleksei Maetnyi Media - first letter of names - IKAM

Coincidence again?
Why start with deceiving your future investors?
All these projects belong to one person and the foregoing projects were noticed in fraud as i wrote befor.
You want to attract our money in the form of investments, collect millions of dollars and start your business with deception?

I think one of the best reliability indicators is reputation risks that the teams impose on themselves. In our case, Markus Dupree, Bridgette B, Rocco Siffredi, Jonni Darkko have put their well-known and reputable public names recognized in the 'porn Hollywood' at stake.

You hide behind the reputation of other people, maybe they do not fully know who they trusted?

Your Roadmap and White Paper also does not seem that they were written by a person who understands adult niche or ICO system.

But I wish you good luck!
Maybe something will turn out at this time :-)

We're happy you noticed that we are a group of companies. Royal Cash is our partner within the token sale and VogoV. VogoV (IKAM Media and IKAM Labs) and Royal Cash are the different and separate companies, although they have the same incorporator.

It's not a secret that Royal Cash is an affiliated company. Everyone can check this. Also thank you for your notice that we're not afraid of putting the names of 2 our co-founders in the company name. We're not hiding. On the contrary, we're trying to be transparent.

the foregoing projects were noticed in fraud as i wrote before
Firstly, you were writing about one project, not projects. Secondly, we think the forum posts you mentioned are not credible (I described the grounds earlier). Thirdly, the fraudulent actions towards Royal Cash were found by the Royal Cash risk department. It stands to reason that the business doesn't want to be cheated and pay frauds.

I'm really wondering where you found that we were trying to deceive our future token buyers. I'm sorry if it seems to you so.

P.S. The token sale doesn't belong to IKAM Media. The token sale is held by IKAM Labs. There is a huge difference that will be shown in the legal docs.

To be honest, I have never been a supporter of such projects. But, we must admit that such a project is most likely doomed to success, since young people in most cases - not puritans, and investors - on the drum morale, if only to drip profits.

I agree with you that the young teams are more promising, but in this case there are many facts that say that this company is not reliable and there were facts of fraud. By investing my money I want to be sure where they will go. In this case, I unfortunately can not be sure of the reliability of this company.

HappyMan77, I'm wondering what you agree with when LoveCryptoAll's message was about the new generation being more open towards projects like ours that come from the adult entertainment industry. The new generation has another attitude towards porn than the previous generation (LoveCryptoAll, please correct me if I'm mistaken. Thank you in advance.)

HappyMan77, just to clarify, you're talking about Royal Cash, which is not the company launching the token sale. Royal Cash is our partner which is going to use OgoShift infrastructure and OGO coin. The content producer for VogoV studio is IKAM Media Inc., the USA company. The token sale is held by IKAM Labs, a Czech company, which will be shown in our legal docs to be published within 2 weeks. At the moment you can read about IKAM Media in the White Paper.

Unfortunately, no one can be confident in the reliability of the teams and companies in the ICO space. I think one of the best reliability indicators is reputation risks that the teams impose on themselves. In our case, Markus Dupree, Bridgette B, Rocco Siffredi, Jonni Darkko have put their well-known and reputable public names recognized in the 'porn Hollywood' at stake. I think their millions of fans won't forget if VogoV doesn't fulfill the obligations it imposes on itself. Besides, I'd like to highlight that Markus Dupree is only one Russian actor who has been recognized in the 'porn Hollywood' (no Russian actors except Markus have won an AVN award (you even can find Markus on the AVN magazine cover together with Angel White). Markus has been working hard for about 10 years to get the recognition which he has now. In case of VogoV's failure Markus may loose everything.

Guys, what can you say about this?

As i see you have problem in your current business and don't pay to your affiliates.
Also i read you have problems with billing systems for your current sites.
Some of them blocked your sites and you move to new one.

How can you start ICO ?
Where are guarantees that we will see our money?

It is also not clear from what you will attract profit by simply selling membership to sites? Why do you need ICO?
Your development team does not look serious to create the system described in your press release.

Who are you guys?

Hello HappyMan77,

We're glad our ANN encouraged you to join Bitcointalk.

Unfortunately, unfair competition takes place in the adult industry all the time, especially, when a former employee of our partner Royal Cash, felt hurt after he was fired for theft. That employee acted in the interests of the BrotherInCash affiliate program which resorted in unethical methods to compete with Royal Cash. We suggest not to take these 2 posts at face value. If Royal Cash acted unfair towards the webmasters, Royal Cash would loose their market positions and reputation among serious market players.

In its simplest terms, there was a fraud alert from the risk department, and the investigation determined the fact of fraud. It is consistent with best practices that businesses don't want to be cheated by frauds.

The billing systems changed because businesses opted for a billing system that offered more attractive fees. This stands to reason.

Where are guarantees that we will see our money?
The question is unclear, since we don't claim any financial payouts to our token holders. OGO coin is a utility token. Concerning the token sale, a smart contract guarantees that in exchange for ETH, our buyers will get OGO.

It is also not clear from what you will attract profit by simply selling membership to sites?
Firstly, although VogoV is a new project, the businesses behind it are functioning and profitable. Secondly, for the first years our main goal is to take leading positions in the market by taking advantages of the blockchain technological shift. VogoV is not only a porn studio, but also OgoShift, infrastructure that's aimed to become a major cryptocurrency player in the adult industry. Strictly speaking, our profit generation in several years will be mainly based on membership subscription and processing fees. For the first few years we're going to adhere to a dumping strategy in which we specifically lower our prices/fees in order to gain an edge over the competition.

Why do you need ICO?
The token sale is just a tool and not a goal in itself.
VogoV, as a decentralized interactive porn studio can't exist without selling the tokens that give token holders the opportunity to participate in the video production decision-making process. OGO coin is a cornerstone of VogoV as a new form of porn studio.
Secondly, the token sale is an excellent PR and marketing opportunity to introduce VogoV beyond the adult industry.
Thirdly, the funds we're going to raise will significantly help us accelerate the development of OgoShift and VogoV studio.
Fourthly, we see the value we can deliver to our potential token buyers and the problems we can solve. It's going to benefit the cryptocurrency as a whole. You may learn more about it in the “Background” section of our White Paper.

Your development team does not look serious to create the system described in your press release
  • If you take a look at our roadmap you may find that tech solutions like the merchant account, wallet and marketplace are launching before and after the 1st crowd sale round (and respectively before 2nd round). This means that the OgoShift infrastructure is already under development. If we are not capable of developing and releasing it, the market and our potential token buyers will see this. We think it's quite fair. We're not holding the token sale to develop OgoShift after the token sale. We are already developing it now.
  • We have only listed our key team members. We haven’t listed every employee.
  • Oftentimes people who are not public figures in the adult industry prefer to keep their involvement with the adult industry private. Besides, we don't force our team members to show their names and faces if they don't want to.
  • Lastly, if we wanted to sugercoat the team member section, we would pay "reputable and experienced professionals" with "credible and sweet" LinkedIn profiles to list them as our team members. But we don't support such practices, because we find it unfair to our potential token holders.
