What happens if you didn't reach your max cap?
In my opinion, if they didn't reach they're a max cap in time. The project may pause for a while and make new improvements and plans for the project again.

base on the popularity of this icon maybe not reaching the hard cap is impossible now. I am sure that they can do all their best to make this project successful. For now let's see more improvements in this project.

The project itself looks fishy for me...
This project doesn't sound fishy because it really has some good points to be considered and it could really attract a good amount of investors which will indeed take this project to great heights. All we have to do is wait and watch untill the end with out purchased tokens to get huge profits ahead.

If they will not reach the hard cap maybe atleast soft cap or near to hard cap. If that is the case then they can surely make the project to continue developing of it.

I have a strong feeling that this project will become successful and will reach the hard cap or if not, then maybe near to hard cap. If still didn't reach it maybe devs can extend the ico token sales.
