Sci Token is a good project, I like the scientific research so I am totally interested in it. The project uses a stable currency, how stable is it?
The project will use two different tokens. One will be traded on the exchange and the second will be sold on the platform for internal use.

This is understandable, but I want to see an official response to a letter that was published in the thread.
This situation is a clear illustration of the bureaucracy. Director of the Institute firstly was at a foreign conference, now he is conducting a planned re-certification of the scientific staff (810 scientists, more than 50 doctors of science). The only thing that remains for us is to wait for an official response, although in fact we are already cooperating and are jointly developing the project. On Friday, the appraisal will end and on Monday we will provide an official response. At the moment, we are only waiting for permission to publish. This project is really interesting. It catch my attention easily, especially that I'm really fond of science. This is a Real Science for Real. So SCICOM is the first joint decentralized platform for receiving of increasing yield from scientific knowledge, development in various spheres of people’s life, receiving yield by platform’s users from their workings, solutions, prognosis and knowledge.
