Its the "Smart Contracts" function SCICOM offers which is at the heart of the project.
It is a free platform for the exchange of knowledge suited primarily to scientific material and goods.

WTF?! Why bonuses and referral programs are separate for the Chinese? For what services are they such concessions? Do not you infringe on the rights of other investors?
I think this is fair enough. The campaign managers are free
to administer bounties in a way which will benefit the project.
