Yes,
During Phase II of the Rewards catalog, you will have an option to convert your Reward points to ALLOYs and use it across any country.

How can I use Alloys?
I have read all the information on their site and I don't think that these tokens will ever be used for something. In my oppinion they just want to make money and hopefully some investors will make some money, but for sure this coin will fall like a rock into the ocean. This is my opinion, and that's why I will stay out from investing in it.

I guess, you missed out the token holder benefits & the roadmap part and few areas of the white paper where the utility of ALLOY have been mentioned.
1. In Phase I - Holding ALLOYS during redemption in the catalog is like getting a privilege access to the rewards network, where you can additional discount, cashbacks etc..
2. In Phase II of the Reward Catalog - You can use ALLOY for redemption. i.e of you have ALLOYs you can trade it for other merchant subscriptions/products available in the Rewards Catalog.

You can store them for more than 6 month and receive privilege membership (it depends from amount of tokens you hold, please check white paper for details)

Market will decide. But on my humble opinion this is one of the most promising ICOs currently running. Why?

3. New free market without competitors worldwide

I used to think those points saved up through loyalty programs were meant to be forgotten instead of being redeemed. A way to give virtual discounts without lowering profits.
