Thanks for this information, but it's just a committee that  studies the applicability of domestic securities laws to initial coin offerings (ICOs).
I am on up to date  with this issues, no worries, there is a lot of activity in Israel and strong community as well and in nearest future there will be no changes.
Many countries now study how to handle ICO's to fit their laws. I don't see any problem with that and it can't hurt the project in any way.
Moreover, we're not incorporated in Israel, so it's not linked.

We will provide a new horizon for developers to build awesome apps and services on the basis of this network, e.g. CDN, business intelligence proxy tools, anti-censorship SDKs for apps, etc. The wealth of potential applications is only limited by imagination.
Our​ ​goal​ is to show a possibility to create a new kind of products and services based on the Network capabilities which will transform a number of markets like VPN, CDN, cyber security and encryption or even change the landscape of application monetization market.





While you're thinking , we put in actual work . Your thinking is not correct . We have actual experience in creating a centralized VPN services. To achieve this we had to work 2 years with 10 people in our team and spend $700k. In order to create a decentralized network we will need more specialists, more time and it costs money . Our current profits cover people salaries , server costs and leave some margins to live off , but in order to create a large and successful project on Blockchain we need serious investments.






1) Agent software will have limited SMTP, connection rate limit and blacklist with sensetive to fraud
2) Agent will have option, which will enable proxy/tunnel only for really blocked sites (like wikipedia, etc), but in this case, agent will have less fee

But you should understand if client wants to make bad things then agent has potential risks because agent IP is the last address in this chain.
For example, a client wants to make a spam. He rents a bandwidth from an agent. And then it turns out that in fact, the agent makes a spam.
