hi, before asking, i want you to know i'm neutral for censor about content or website

i want to know, will you one day work together wih government? you know, if someone or something that ban in a country there is a reason behind it...
and also if someone buy my internet broadband and someone use it to do something illegal in another "BIG" country, will i get trouble??
