let's make a deal.
OK and in this "chinese language article", did it say that they are using thousands of these chips right now on middlecoin?

No, it doesn't because I read the article. I'll have you know I spent many years living in China and I'm fluent in Chinese.
And guess what, I'm not from America either.

oh looks like I can lie on the internet too  Roll Eyes (see if you can guess which part I lied about)
like i said, nobody is here to spoonfeed information.  I'm not arguing to convince anyone. if you don't think there are ASICS in operation, that's fine:  it doesn't affect me in any way.

He explicitly said he uses ASICs. And the hashrate of a botnet would not be that stable over 24 hour cycles.

"no PC" + a couple of pics from the demo release = explicitly saying he uses ASICs?

Those ASIC's are not available yet, even in China. So unless he works for Gridseed, he ain't using ASIC's (IMO)

Not available for public sale, yes. They just mine for themselves at the moment, no point in selling hardware with the current profatibility.

You really think the ceo or an internal engineer at an asic chip manufacturer is posting on a middlecoin forum about using it?
I seriously have a bridge to sell you lmao
there was a chinese language article along with that information from this thread.  the ASIC was presented at an industry conference on Dec 8 in Beijing.

sorry if you are illiterate in chinese moon language lmao

let's make a deal.
Posting an article and public pictures, and claiming to be the miner, IS NOT PROOF!
how are you seriously not fucking getting this?
what i recommend is reading the article, and then reading further.  that's what research is.

i'm not here to give you irrefutable proof, just to give you a lead.  it's up to you if you prefer to ignore, ridicule, or dismiss the claim.  I guess you've made up your mind already.

but the people that have done the research are no longer wasting time arguing over "asic is a myth", or "giant botnet on middlecoin".

people that know ASICs are in operation, and the rate they're being released and developed will modify their mining/investment strategies accordingly.  those who do not will keep doing the same thing.

Here here mate! So sick of all this botnet talk. Wish he admins would delete most of this thread too. 85% of it is off topic!

OMFG are you guys on about this again??? Can we make a whole new thread for the guy that either has a mining farm, or a botnet, or asics or whatever the fuck he is using to generate that hash power.  It's been discussed to death if you bother to read the thread and is not relevent to this thread at all any more (nor was it ever). Take it elsewhere please!

If you mine on middlecoin and like to interpret graphs; take a look at http://middlestats.circlestorm.org/
thanks a lot, it is really appreciated. could you consider to add somewhere near the graphs the current numerical values of balance, unexchanged, etc.?

Thanks for reminding me about this, I had totally forgotten that I was supposed to do that before release Smiley
I will try to make time for this real soon now(tm).

Anyhow, the "change in accumulated wealth" graph is now corrected so it shows the actual values. It also is a lot nicer to look at now with the new math,
compared to the old one that had lots unnecessary of holes in it. I hope you guys like it better now. Hopefully we will also have nice prediction graphing soon.

Also, thanks to whoever donated 0.006 BTC today  Shocked

You realize that's not proof right? lol

I am actually the miner. I use botnets.

See how that works?

Show us the hashrate graph of your botnet on a pool then. For the last 7 days please. Otherwise, you are cordially invited to keep quiet from now on.

sure thing- here ya go

I sincerely hope that you are understanding the point I am trying to make. If not, then maybe you should stop talking & really think before making your next post.

Be kind man, don't be mankind
a little tinker with the CSS in your browser to make the table font monospaced and aligned right makes it a hell of a lot easier to read.

Yet to get my first payout, but I'm well beyond the (small) threshold with some hilariously minimal spare CPU cycles from servers, broken-screened laptops, and VPNs.

So our top miner is hashing at over 800 MH/s. That's between 1200-1250  7950 GPUs. I would be interested to know how he/she is doing this. Data center would be too expensive unless he/she owns it.

1M3jtksp1upR33SX1VzeCfH5x9fc6zKykR   817.4512   29.9939   0.41629816   5.19880948   4.04748705

They commented here before stating that they are using ASIC miners. They also said they have 2,000 MH/s and they are only directing (at the time) up to 500 MH/s here. It's a partnership where one partner wants to mine on middlecoin while the other does not. Personally, I think it's a botnet, since those have been appearing all over different LTC/scrypt pools. There's a big discussion about it a few pages back.

Im going with botnet as the hashrate has been increasing over time at a steady rate (ie. new machines getting infected).  They have over doubled since first starting mining at middlecoin.  Pretty obvious imo

I think this is a misconception. I don't think that guy (sfire) ever said he was using asic's. He has been giving alot of info about asics as he's chinese and it's all being developed over there, but I don't think he ever actually said he was personally using them. Only that they have 2000mh/s in their factory. Some thing that is achievable through alot of GPU's.
I could be wrong here so don't go easy on me if i am. lol

How are people hashing that much? Are these generally companies? I can't even imagine an individual with 500+ GPUs

This address is a bit suspect for me, each time visit middlecoins www he have more Mh Smiley

I think that only using at least 400-450 units of HD 7990 you can reach that hashing power.

He is for sure working in the factory and each day after work he takes one with him through the backdoor  Tongue

500 MH/s is equal to 660 R9 280x's at 750k each.

no PC

Can't believe suckers are staying here when people earn 2.5x as much on diffrent pools.

If I had found another pool that earned 2.5x as much, I would be mining there and contributing to their forum, not hanging around the middlecoin forum with the us poor "suckers".

Now please do us all a favour and piss off, you and tealover are about as welcome here as a group-hug in a burns unit!

This. My average over the past month is 0.0145/mhs through middlecoin. Perhaps I could improve that if I spent lots of time researching, but I'm happy to let H20 do that for me. I don't blame him for not posting in this thread any more; he does hang around the middlecoin freenode IRC room.

For the haters; go elsewhere! Here's a list:

OMG.  This pool! I point my miners at it and BTC comes out!  WTF.  This is dumb! I hate auto converting pools that make my life easier!!! DAMNIT!!!!

I wonder when people will goto middlecoin.com to see the twitter updates...instead of sitting here whining like retards wondering when there will be an update
