Can't believe suckers are staying here when people earn 2.5x as much on diffrent pools.

If I had found another pool that earned 2.5x as much, I would be mining there and contributing to their forum, not hanging around the middlecoin forum with the us poor "suckers".

Now please do us all a favour and piss off, you and tealover are about as welcome here as a group-hug in a burns unit!

I really don't mind if you're working on the pool H2o, but an update would be nice. That way I would know why my hashrate has dropped and rejects have jumped.

decentralize EVERYTHING...
Anyone else having problems on middlecoin? My hashrate is normally around 6.5mh/s... now it's 4.9 and getting lots of rejects. None of my settings have changed.

I also got a pile of rejects all night, sucks. what is up?

I'm still taking invitation requests for my pool with an average payout twice as high as middlecoin.
I'll take 0.05 BTC for each invite.

>>>>>  Limited time offer <<<<<<<<
!!! 0.03 BTC for an invitation to a pool twice as fast as SimonG's !!!

But wait!! Just for today, for the same low price of 0.03 BTC you get two pools  ... that's right! two pools for the price of one! So don't waste a second and get to your bitcoin wallet!

"The cake is a lie" ... don't contact me!

Hi everyone, long time lurker and only recently registered to post here.
So, I am a linux systems engineer/developer and sometimes I dabble in some hobby-projects for fun, this is one of those. Statistics and graphs are (believe it or not) fun.  Wink

So if you mine on middlecoin and like to interpret graphs; take a look at http://middlestats.circlestorm.org/

In particular the 'change in wealth' graph should be interesting, and the total outstanding btc value graph should be nice to have (top graph, red+orange+green).
My goal has been to provide more insight into the fact that estimated value of unexchanged coins might not always correctly reflect the value after exchange, these graphs makes that part obvious. (Ex: See the Sat 02:00 drop in value when a whole lot of unexchanged coins were sold off at a lower-than expected price).

Mind you, this is a hobby project on a private server, do not expect too much
This site is still a work-in-progress, and it has limited potential given the input data, but it looks nice enough that I figure I might as well let people check it out and use it if they like it.

PS: A few of the graphs will get prediction graphs soon, I just need enough historical data to actually be able to predict something. Smiley

Have fun Smiley
thanks a lot, it is really appreciated. could you consider to add somewhere near the graphs the current numerical values of balance, unexchanged, etc.?

Is there an easy way to see my progress without going through the entire list of miners?

I don't want to import this into excel.

Just use this cool too, just use your address  Smiley

So our top miner is hashing at over 800 MH/s. That's between 1200-1250  7950 GPUs. I would be interested to know how he/she is doing this. Data center would be too expensive unless he/she owns it.

They commented here before stating that they are using ASIC miners. They also said they have 2,000 MH/s and they are only directing (at the time) up to 500 MH/s here. It's a partnership where one partner wants to mine on middlecoin while the other does not. Personally, I think it's a botnet, since those have been appearing all over different LTC/scrypt pools. There's a big discussion about it a few pages back.

Im going with botnet as the hashrate has been increasing over time at a steady rate (ie. new machines getting infected).  They have over doubled since first starting mining at middlecoin.  Pretty obvious imo

I think this is a misconception. I don't think that guy (sfire) ever said he was using asic's. He has been giving alot of info about asics as he's chinese and it's all being developed over there, but I don't think he ever actually said he was personally using them. Only that they have 2000mh/s in their factory. Some thing that is achievable through alot of GPU's.
I could be wrong here so don't go easy on me if i am. lol

I can't find any shares. Is this worth it with only 300 kh/s?
Well, 300kh/s isn't much for a set difficulty of 512, but you should find some nonetheless (about every 2 mins or so).
Are you seeing an accepted hashrate on the server for your rig when you look at the webpage? If am not mistaken, when a coinswitch is executed, and you are still busy on the last one, cgminer will think it's a stale and not show it as accepted, yet the server will.
Can you pm me your config or .bat settings and hardware (pls don't post them here there is enough clutter in here already).

I left stupidly left brackets at w= (so it was looking up the wrong wallet)

Thanks for the help!

I was getting shares as a test on my home pc with only 147 khash.
If you aren't getting any accepted, theres an issue.

He's a fucking botnet lol

Anyone who thinks hes an asic miner because he simply claimed it, is dumber than a box of rocks.

FYI has probably been discussed 10 times in the last 20-30 pages
