anybody else notice that the pool payout yesterday: high water mark 237Btc with 15000 Mh/s is about the same as Mondays 358BTC from 22000 Mh/s

237/15000 ~= 358/22000 ~= .016 BTC/Mh/s/day

Highwater to Highwater - not counting fees - not counting agro in forums - not counting ...

Just saying

What? You love H20 because he's busy off doing something else rather than running or improving middlecoin?  Huh

Please show me evidence that he is not running or improving Middlecoin.

This pool has been around for seven months and there have been no hacks or attacks as far as I know.

What is so horribly wrong with Middlecoin right now?  We are having a couple of bad days and people are jumping ship?  Fine by me, but I'm too lazy to make a move every couple of days.  Unlike h2o, I don't give a shit how big the total hashrate is as long as my payouts are still consistent.  It's been my experience that the low days are followed by pretty nice ones, so I am just hoping history repeats itself in the near future.  Cheesy

18 hours on clevermining with 2.6mh/s - 0.026114 total and 6% rejects. seems good enough

Dude you need to seriously read a little here and there, megamultipool does 1% rejects for me and earns me better than clevermining. I tried clevermining guess what after several days of not mining there's still some btc left in my account, 24 hours of mining there and i have still after so many days not received a complete payout, just .008 with 1mh. Leave alone the disgusting reject rate.

no need to teach me mate, im testing all available pools out there and clevermining happens to be the one im mining at right now. wafflepool is next on my list, then i might try megamultipool.
seems to me that middlecoin is really dead, and like i said h20 can't be bothered or moved to a different venture

And if some of the other pool operators answer every little question over and over again, that just means they waste a lot of their time on the forum instead of doing something productive. Which is not exactly a positive sign in my book.

This.  Times a thousand.

That's why I personally love h2o in the gayest way possible.  He is busy doing actual work (or lines of coke off a strippers ass) instead of sitting around the forms correcting idiots on the basics of mining and difficulty and their stupid fairy-tale-solves-all-problems VARDIFF.

All: do you regularly receive daily or weekly payouts?

I have received my last >0.01BTC payment regulary on time.
Now that I moved my hashes somewhere else, I too am curious about when I'll eventually receive the remaining > 0.001BTC spare change, but's not really a big concern.

About the situation in general, I'm not really interested in fancy stats, communications, fees quota or whatever; just how many BTC I get for my hashes/W. Each pool admin can do whatever he think's better, or even nothing, and I'll simply move where it will seems to be most convenient to be.

...I keep receiving consistent payouts...

Yep,  looks like the pool is still mining  ~ .005 BTC per Mhash per day.

Payouts are finally a little better than that because some of those un-exchanged coins are being flipped after a week of sitting.

.. explain why my rejects are lower now than they were last week ..

Well that one is easy, a third of the miners jumped ship. Tongue

So, should he still increase his fees like you said many times?  Grin

What a sad... sad...
Sequence of posts...

H20 Has responsabilities to the pool and ppl who put 3.88% on his pocket...
I don´t care about him... but i want a properlly runned pool... I pay what he asks to use it...

So if the pool don´t work wel... i pickup my stuff, and move along (like i did to waffle), i will not waste time with crappy talk and popcorn...

In the end who is Fuxed is H20 nothing more... i will get my coin, one way or the other...
No go on vacation H20 and fux off...

Stop with the personal attacks already, its completely unnecessary. He doesnt owe you anything, and you dont owe him anything. Move to a different pool if you are unsatisfied like I have.

Now now, because we the people (ik ik) make him a shit ton of money and deserve some sort of transparency. I know he obviously is doing something right b/c MC was very solid.

There are a lot of smart people that don't have time to run a pool, but have great ideas so ya you answered your own question.

They way he responds to things, seems like he is sitting in penthouse suite in Vegas doing lines of coke off strippers asses while collecting all these fees. Just from an outside perspective.

All of this fancy talk. The phrasing "we deserve" implies you're doing something altruistic. You're not. Everyone uses MC for his own profits, the fee is just what the operator charges for offering this service that you voluntarily use, for the sole purpose of earning virtual cash, which is as selfish as it gets.
"A lot of smart people" on the forums? LOL. LOL. No. 99% of those "valuable" "concerns and suggestions" are just the same stupid whining over and over again. Whenever the database has a short hiccup, some nutter comes a long and claims THE EVIL H2O IS STEALING YOUR STUFFS.

And if some of the other pool operators answer every little question over and over again, that just means they waste a lot of their time on the forum instead of doing something productive. Which is not exactly a positive sign in my book.

Still can't believe how a new pool such as megamultipool.com has been able to manage 1% reject rates and offer possibly even more returns than Middlecoin. I am in awe and can't understand why h20 has not been able to improve the situation in all this time!

Like I just said, for concerns and suggestions. Both of which H2o seems to give a shit about.

Why should he care about suggestions from people who use his pool?  Besides "make the website prettier" what suggestions do most people have to offer?  Are they going to develop a new algorithm to increase payouts?  If so, he is probably interested in that, but if someone had the ability to better his algorithms then they probably are a pool operator themselves.

As for concerns... what concerns do you think that could be brought up that h2o is not aware of?

I swear some people just think he is sitting in penthouse suite in Vegas doing lines of coke off strippers asses while collecting all these fees.  He isn't running the most successful (to-date) auto-exchanging pool by just sitting on his ass.  He gets shit done and it's obvious because the pool is still standing and still competing for the title of most profitable pool.

Who are these people that are constantly needing to be in contact with pool operators?

You guys must have a shit load of hashes.

Are you suggesting level of customer service should be tied to Hashrate?

No.  I just am saying that I have never needed to contact a pool operator since I have been mining.  Just curious why people need to contact him?
