H20...   Getting a little concerned..  Going on 3 days in a row now where Payouts are very low(compared to past payouts)..  Can you address this and let us know what is going on please?

I'm guessing we don't have any of the coins that have >300% BTC profitability in the rotation, like luckycoin. Currently we're mining NVC, I believe. However, if we don't add these more profitable coins, this pool is pointless.

But even with NVC we should be getting 0.023 BTC per MH/s and day minus fees, which we're also not really close to.

And additionally, at these pool hashrates, it is rather important that we distribute the hashrate among different coins.

2 days paid so far and not impressed. Today it looks like i'm producing even less. I make more mining LTC which is what i was doing before i heard about this pool. I'll give it a week or two and see how things go but i'm not sold at the moment. Lets hope i start getting that 50%+ that i was expecting.

h2odysee, I'm curious how the trading algorithm works.  Say we mine an LTC block, and just straight out dump them.  Who gets the value for the first sold coin vs. the value for the last sold coin?  Is it averaged out, or based on hashrate, or something else?

The miners who found the block that is being sold get credited first when funds are exchanged. In the case of LTC, since it has very large blocks, when a block is being sold, the miners who mined that block are credited in some kind of random order. However they happen to come up in my database. But with the amount of litecoin trading volume, this is never an issue, and effectively everyone gets the same price.
I take it you mean miners who submitted shares. only one miner found the block.

Could this cause issue ( dare I even mention it) with the low hash rate miners who don't always submit every block on fast coin?

i am adding 900kh to the pool, if my earnings are weaker than LTC which are already minus then ill probably switch to some other coin.

OK folks.

After some self taught lessons on JSON I have a page for the group to use to see their personal stats that hopefully this hosting provider will maintain, getting sporadic gateway issues from them.  Site shows overall site stats, and individual user stats.  Highlighted current BTC balance for the day as sure that's a big one for a lot of people.  Let me know if you see anything wrong or have any suggestions for improvement.  I summed up total accepted and rejected hashes coming in and put a total in for simple view of your overall reported hashing speed.  As we most know this is an hour average and a lot of factors can come into play when it comes to what number is being reported there.  To use the site. Copy your BTC address being used to mine Middlecoin, paste it over :

http://jriker1.site90.com/middlecoin.php?btcaddr=

Note I will probably add shortly another parameter to eliminate the overall site statistics for those who just want to see their numbers.

Hmmmmmmm...... so 2 days in and I am down 20%+ from just normal LTC mining

1 more day to go...yet to see any benefit....You can have your method hidden as long as you deliver ..

My earnings for today (12 hours in) are even with LTC earnings, assuming the estimations hold true.  This pool started by having excellent payouts, but they seem to be shrinking as it grows in size.  I'm going to give it another week, though.

I am seeing the same, unfortunately. Out of the past 5 days, only 1 has been 'okay' given my hash rate...

As I'm writing this I have 5 Mh/s pointed your way, but its pointing that I have 1.3 Mh/s. What's going on?

Good question but slightly diff from mine. Perhaps related. I have slightly over 2 Mh/s going here and that is reflected on the site accurately.  Problem is I have .006 BTC confirmed so far and the two unconfirmed earnings haven't increased in amount or much all night either. Kind of like something stopped.

Going to be very interesting watching coins switch on this. any chance you could lock the y axis scale?

Also added variance display and a cache for the last hour. Slideshow here

It's over the last hour, so the calculation may be off if you haven't been hashing for an hour yet.

Thanks Tigggger. On my ipad right now so not quick for me to find. That's why I'm creating an online version. Have to keep reloading the page on my ipad and pasting my address into the find which I've copied from my email. Someone created one a number of pages back but seems to be offline so perhaps left middlecoin or just down. I'm semi new to JSON so working on an online version. May take a day or two to find the time to put it together.

Thanks.

Sorry, I took it down until I get the ok my boss to host it there. Otherwise I could send the (bad) php file to someone to host.

Thanks Clintar.  Would of taken you up on that 10 minutes ago but just finished my own version.  Just need to format it a bit and post it.  Guess a good lesson in JSON.  Smiley

Not sure if h2odysee would link to it on the main site when I do post it so it doesn't get lost in the thread.

Thanks.

H2O,

It's about 1 complete week that i changed my address, but still in my old address there is some immature and unexchanged balance that is not change by days.

Is it normal?

There is a bug causing some balances to not move over from the immature state. It should be a very small amount though.

As for unexchanged balances not moving over, I'm not sure. I'll check that out when I have time.

Made a little something to show reject rates.

http://mueslo.de/host/middlecoin/miners.png

Regenerates every 5 minutes.

If anyone's interested, I could also generate per-miner hashrates over time plots.
