So the end is really approaching though the hardcap is really not possible to be achieve as of now, I don't have regrets that i've supported this project all time long. hope it will be getting it's target when it hits big exchanges. Props to propy team and the investors, Good luck to the incoming errands you will be having.

The ICO timer is counting down, so far the ICO fund has been okay, but I believe the project is currently undervalued when compared to some projects in thesame space, I hope in few days the story would changed
probably some people are waiting for the last day of the tokensale, i wish people can see the great potential in propy token and key into it.

Here's my question and frankly my concern.
Why is the Propy token used in the registry fee transaction? why not use BTC or LTC? This is strange to me and the closes example I can come up with is if I buy a car from Honda, they have an administration fee that I have to pay, but they're requiring me to pay it in a Honda gift card. Why?

It's because Propy PRO tokens are the native currency that powers the Propy platform. The introduction of PRO tokens makes the ecosystem complete. BTC or LTC can be exchanged and then used on the platform. This shouldn't be a problem Imo

Property cannot be lost or stolen, nor can it be carried away. Purchased with common sense, paid for in full, and managed with reasonable care, it is about the safest investment in the world.
Not really safest as we all know Digital currency is still volatile and lots of FUDS are comming. maybe we could say that this project has a lot of potential on the near future as this was a property project.

there is a small chance that we will still get to $ 15 million. the small is small, but there are. we have 2 more days left! 
If they can find the right partners with good deals, the evaluation of the tokens owuld fligh high.So reaching $15m is not very critical for me.it is not very important, that the project has not collected 15 million yet.
PROPY project has already achieved great success.

I like all the top real estate projects currently open for crowdsale, i do not know why they have opened crowdsale at the same time creating un-necessary competition and debate among them, i think they could have adjusted the crowdsale dates with one month gap between them.
Thats the problem I think thats why the sale of propy is stuck on 14m to 15m. But I surely know propy has a lot of potential compared to others.
The success of any project isn't measured by the ICO results only. I will look forward to seeing how each and every one of these project evolves after their ICO. Regardless of whether or not Propy raises the highest amount among all Real Estate platforms currently hosting ICOs, I think Propy will succeed. It has a strong team and also backed by a solid advisory board.
