great work semtexzv. thank you very much!
I made some tests and it works great on my 5x rx480 rig. I get 100-101 MG/H. Thanks!
But with old driver (I had 16.11.5) I got very high memory usage on my windows 10 64bit machine. With 4 GB memory I could not run 5 cards but only 3! After I changed the driver from 16.11.5 to 17.7.1 there is everything OK! I can mine with memory usage under 2.5 GB (whole system).

Can you please make the temperature and fan control over the config file so we can set the target temp and fans works on auto to hold the target temp as in sgminer for example!

Thank you very much!

If you are working with linux an experience this error:

################################ OPENCL ERROR ###############################

Error executing function: clCreateCommandQueue

Status error code: CL_OUT_OF_HOST_MEMORY (-6)

Please visit the following url for more information:

https://www.khronos.org/registry/cl/sdk/1.2/docs/man/xhtml/clCreateCommandQueue.html#errors

#############################################################################
), State { next_error: None, backtrace: None }) restarting

reinstall OpenCL. In my case it was an old config I dragged around for some version updates. Reinstall is easier as fixing config

Been getting same error on any version other than 0.0.6-ALPHA. Running ubuntu 16.0.4 with fresh install and tried both AMD 17.30 and 16.40 drivers with no luck.  On a good note after running fresh install of 0.0.6-ALPHA and running AMD 17.30 drivers I am getting 20Mhs per card with RX 480 8GB cards.

Hi! I'm using the latest version of Prospector with 2 RX 480's and mining SIGT. All is going well until I get an  insufficient memory error. I watched the Prosecutor.exe task in the task manager under windows and the memory size increases with around 50MB every 2 seconds. Is there a fix for this?
Well, I couldn't reproduce this issue  on my PC, if this occurs every time, you could help me with tracking it down.

Yeah, I tried restarts, running as an admin. The memory usage goes from 116MB to 3GB in 2 minutes. When it gets to my max RAM a pop-up appears with insufficient memory. Ill try and screenshot it for you.

Gonna send u a PM

New version released

* Should be almost same as v0.0.9 with some small internal fixes.

New version released, contains user-facing improvements

So i am using 0.0.9, it creates a toml config file, but still uses the old json files (if the json file is not present it writes a new config file all over)

On the other hand, its more stable than 0.0.8 and has a much noticed decrease in using cpu power.

Looking forward for your next update
It shouldn't do that, I probably made build from older commit, i'll release a new version today.

I read few pages i couldn't find the answer

Miner 0.0.09 does not show hashrate. As i remember, 0.0.06 (last one i tried) does it shows.

Try deleting info.db file

Trying to test sia mining speed using nanopool, but kernel panicks and miner stops,
can someone post example of proper nanopool config for sia?

Edit: disregard, I just saw on wiki that nanopool is not supported

I have tried 0.07 and 0.08 without much success on my 6 x RX580 rig, all identical model with same Hynix memory consecutive serial numbers. 0.06 seems to be ok getting around 20.xx.

On 0.07 and 0.08 I always have one GPU at 0.0.0Mh , some 16Mh, 22Mh, 400Kh..etc.

I am not using the latest driver as the current mixed driver has no problem with my Claymore dual mining and I am not switching just for the tiny 1-2Mh increase.

My core is running at 1366Mhz and I have undervolt a little -96mv using Trixx and getting 20.xxMh with 0.06 version so I'm sticking to it.

Not much point overclocking the core as you will have to push up the voltage in return and it is not likely to get to 30Mh anyway.

Will be good if you can keep a version based on the kernel used in 0.06 but with additional features or info later.

CPU temperature, manual intensity will be useful.

Hello. I updated my driver to the latest version on AMDs site, dated july 27th, v17.7.2 and now I can succesfully run Prospector 0.0.8, but my MSI Afterburner does not let me OC my gpus. Does anyone know a quick fix for this? I'm getting 112 MH/s with 6 rx 570, which is pretty good for stock, but I want to OC it

Uinistall 17.7.2 and install 17.7.1

OK, I had to reinstall it quite some times, use DDU, etc. but now it's working!
I'm getting 126 MHs from 6 GPUs with a 1450 core clock (it wouldnt go higher than 1400 before without crashing, which is great), using v.0.0.7 so my question now is how much can I OC the core safely without worrying if my temps are below 68 ºC?? Is there a limit for the rx 570s?

Tried it for SIGT on a 470 rig. Some cards get up to 16MH/s (core at 1100) with ETH settings, not bad. However some cards just never seem to get initialized properly and get stuck at 4MH/s or even worse 90KH/s. On this particular RIG, I have 3 different memory brands (hynix, elpida and samsung) so maybe something's "f'ed" somewhere...

recurring issue seem to be drivers.

Yes I thought so too. Was worth a try but I'm going to leave that rig alone doing it's thing on eth/sia.
