On a further note to the community. We are working hard on several aspects of the project and you have to realize that projects like these have many variables that take time to close and finalize.

We are not building just a software product here (that one is actually already out), but a business consisting of real estate, hospitality industry, partners and operators on multiple domains so arranging and managing all those stakeholders take time, and when we are ready and confident in the results, we will announce the ICO dates as this actually goes in favor for the "small" investors to have much more confidence and substance on which they will make their investing decissions.
