Usually, any project that run ICO is a decentralized project. And pundi X is for sure the one.
You are very wrong with your statement. There is not much decentralized projects at all. Many companies who claim themself denectralized aint one of them.
PundiX ecosystem will be decentralized i guess, as nobody can take control once the smart contract will be deployed.
