Somehow i am not sure about pure, there seems to be some doubts raised which were just rejected comparing bitcoin FUD.
Premine is high, until not locked, even if wallets declared, till not locked with smart contracts no good.
Project is launched with pre-ann, may be checking community greed, otherwise you should have launched with blockchain, wallet at least.

Maybe i missed a reply (though i doubt it), why is the coin on AISIC algo? Does not sound like a fair distribution to me... (maybe creators have an AICIS, just a thought...)
