about 12 hours ago some miner with about 11 Gh/s hashing power mined and leaved the network at very high difficulty so this is why the network is stuck at block 35208 and not moving
anyway eventually it will move once this block is solved, it's just gonna take sometime for solo miners to solve it , or https://madpool.xyz start opreating so we can unite our hashing power to solve it
