Try http://apool.pl:3365/ This is p2pool.

remember to use p2pool settings:

"expiry" : "10",
"scan-time" : "60",
"no-submit-stale -s":"0",

thanks for the information because I forgot  Tongue

This is very important, without it you will get many rejects.

I will try p2pool, but before I go throwing away a bunch more hash out of ignorance, what should be used for apool.pl settings in sgminer?

* Do I use stratum+tcp:// or http:// ?
* Do I just use my PYRA address as the username and anything as the password?

Sorry for the noobish questions, but there are ZERO instructions on the apool page.

stratum+tcp://apool.pl:3365
user : wallet addres
password" : whatever

I would still like to know what is going on with the pools!
  • becausepool - hasn't found a block in over a month - no way to know if they're on the right fork or not
  • hashhot - seems to be on the right fork, but payouts not working and can't get anyone to respond
  • minep.it - looks like it's up with about 90MHz/7 workers on it, but connections to port 3355 are being blocked for some reason - can't even connect via telnet
  • pool.mn - has been on the wrong fork since the new wallet - ghost town
  • omargpools - hasn't found a valid block since the 1st of August
  • poolsofhonor - no blocks found (valid or orphan) since Sept 26
I just want to mine PYRA! Why is it so difficult?
