Do you think QRK will skyrocket again? I mean, it only goes down, and down, and down. My impression is that this coin is dying. And it's sad, because I was almost all in with QRK. From my 6 BTC right now I only can recover about 2.  Undecided

It will raise, sure, because 10 addresses (not 10 wallets, so probably only 3 or 4 people) hold 40% of the coins, soon or later they will PUMP and then DUMP, that's all what you can expect from this coin.

Don't you think they are from exchanges? and these addresses are in every crypto which has whales so don't understand whats the deal here

I think most of old cryptos (maybe even all) will rise again if there will be next Bitcoin boom.

Sorry if this seems random but has the wallet issue been solved where you were unable to send large amounts of coins? I had an issue when I used quark some time ago that wouldnt let me send large amounts and I believe this was a known issue. I had to split the transaction into ever decreasing amounts.

Have you downloaded the newest version? www.reddit.com/r/quarkcoin at the left upper side are the most updated quark wallet. The newest version is 0.8.3.20

No I haven't, I havent owned Quarks off exchange for a few months. I was wondering if this bug was fixed, I take it the new update addressed this?

I hope so, nonetheless it would be wise to get the newest version
The bug or "transaction limit" only affects wallets holding micro transactions earned when mining.

If your funds are transferred from an exchange they will exist as a single transaction per transfer, large Quark payments should process smoothly.

I have made large transfers without incident, though I do not use Pools that distribute micro transactions.

Ensure your wallet is updated and synced before initiating any transfer.

There needs to be a Quark CPU miner written in assembly code; they may just be faster than the GPU miner.

Otherwise scrypt on CPU gives 7 kh/s, but with the optimized miner it gives 22.

So an optimized miner on i7 may just give 2.4MH/s.

But problem is implementing Quark in assembly is a long job for the same reason making an ASIC for it hard and expensive.

It's probably not cause you got less no. of nodes. There're other bottlenecks like disk i/o.

What do you mean?

You use an SSD?

Is 19203 a magic number for quark?

Did you add the seed nodes from the last post?
