Can KJO be banned from this forum? His inflammatory posts are unwelcome.
DigitalIndustry might be eccentric and annoy the hell out of many people, but he makes many excellent points. He is also, unlike KJO, a supporter of QRK.
The guy doesn't even have a single negative feedback and you want him banned [from the from the entire forum] cause his posts are unwelcome from your perspective?
Do you get this butthurt often? Is your mangina always this sore?
This isn't Red China, Bitcointalk is not communist - this forum is American where people have something called freedom of speech so we apologize if you're offended and your feelers are hurt over some guy posting his differing opinion.
FYI: There's a nice ignore button, obviously for advanced users with some form of critical thinking so when you reach that offer of smart - feel free to push that ignore button everytime you're feeling extra buttthurt by someone's Natural Rights.
Until then, try not to overdose and die on stupidity.
Peace!Nobody needs to get banned regardless of what they say. HOWEVER if ANY person is unable to communicate in a reasonable manner with others and is constantly using terminology that the majority find offensive or upsetting then the community as a whole reserves the right to moderate those posts to protect the interests of qrk community as a whole.
To be 100% honest 'butthurt' and 'mangina' are not helpful.
You can't seriously be suggesting that people express their views in these terms constantly on this thread even at the expense of killing of interest and support from new and current community members?
Yes Kolin Evans has some great ideas and has done some very good things for qrk. I think this needs to be kept in mind going forward. He like anyone else can have ideas and have them put forward to entire community for analysis and discussion. Let us not turn upon each other here. I was a big fan of DI, i do find it upsetting that several other core members have left citing him as part of the reason. I would like to hear from VIC himself why he is not around any longer not even to say he is working 80hours per week on his real job. From now on qrk needs to be more transparent in every way. The foundation can't be some shady organisation in the background that most of the community has no involvement with.
A new thread where EVERYONE needs to be free to express their views in a reasonable manner. If they are constantly offensive and unreasonable they are moderated out. This is essential to create and environment where people feel comfortable to contribute and become involved.
Freedom of speech is fine, go shout butthurt and mangina from your bedroom window at the top of your voice. Even make a new thread on the board and say whatever you like. The qrk thread should be a place new persons to crypto come do some reading and want to get involved, and for current members of the community to come and discuss ideas and projects related to qrk. ANYONE should be able to express their views here, but they should be regarding qrk and should have some form of reason and logic behind them else they are just negative clutter. Personal insults should be moderated out on the new qrk thread, there is no place for them in a serious crypto community.
I actually bought a reasonable stash of ixcoin at your suggestion a while back and sold some at a nice profit. Thanks for that. I am pleased you've seen fit to come over to qrk.
However, as yet other than to enforce kolins insults i see nothing of note from you?
Have you any reasonable suggestions for the qrk community?
Let's all just start to validate our views here and we'll get along great. I see so many conflicting ideas and we are not going anywhere.
Can we all get together on this steam project? let's start acting as a team.
Who will support a new self moderated thread for qrk?
If we halt all the personal insults now then pehaps we can just continue on here. However if people simply can't contain themselves who will support a new self moderated thread. It seems most coins have them now.
