Quadrant's mainnet is yet to be released, so, we need to have a little more patience until this milestone is achieved. Wink

Hello ahmadakbari, as stated in the whitepaper The left over tokens will be sold in a second sale no earlier than two years from the end of the first sale. Details of this sale aren't yet known.

As Parbey mentioned, the dynamics of a possible second Token Sale are yet to be announced - and since it will happen no earlier than 2 years - I believe it way too early to even comment upon. Wink
