How can i backup&restore my wallet?

I use Rabbitcoin Qt WIN wallet, i use the option backup and it generate a .dat file.

How can i restore this wallet in a different pc? using the .dat file? Any command or option to restore?

system memory is 8G , still error!

Seeing the same with the pool, It is also is attempting a 4000+ block re-org.
