No they are not and anyone can see that one wallet was by accident briefly it is the SWAP wallet, That wallet will be burned with rest of unused coins, please make sure you know what you're taklking about before FUDDING

Woah. thanks for bringing this to our attention. Any way of checking if this is a normal user who bought a lot?
look at page 1 off Ann it shows this wallet is listed as Swap premine wallet. Then Dev makes statements that premine coins will not be staked. This the reason for the sell off? I was mining on pool but pulled off until official statement by dev.

There are several pools out there at the moment, depending on your hardware can be good return, she is a toughie though doesn't give up blocks easy, happy hashing!
