Yeah there was some maintenance done to help scale which caused deposit/withdraw delays with BTC.
Their released statement on Discord is not specific

In the new wallet copy out a test address.
Then try the same process with the new wallet.dat.
If that works then your process is correct and then there is an issue with your very first wallet.dat - filename or corruption.
If you renamed it test for spaces and extra characters that maybe in the file name

If it fails then I can only think of the location chosen during the install is different.

Ravencoin developers are also willing to implement the RSK smart contracts on Raven as well since it is using same parameters as Bitcoin. Also saw on social media that ATM machine's installation with bill pay function. Things are moving very fast and many people still aren't realizing the direction and future potential of Ravencoin.
