The fork upgrade is tomorow. Any exchange not upgraded will not be on the main chain & this could create problems and loss.

I saw a weird info on icemining.ca pool's twitter :
"I never thought I'd say this. Tomorrow's RVN hard fork is a manipulation between FPGA Farms, an ASIC Dev with pedigree, and one pool operator. FPGA and ASICS were already developed, and this was the plan all along. #RavenCoin #ScamAlert"
What do you guys think about it ?
New algorithm and ASIC protection are consistent with the team's beliefs. The original white paper says:"I never thought I'd say this. Is there a AMD miner for new X16Rv2?
Yes it is teamredminer-v0.5.9 but only get like 5.5-6 MH on an RX580 8G, GPU at 1150 and Mem at 2000.

Because there are some unknowns around the time of the fork (upgrade) at Oct 1 2019 at 16:00 UTC, I’d recommend the following:
Store your RVN on-chain in upgraded software. Get 2.5.1 from here: https://github.com/RavenProject/Ravencoin/releases and transfer your RVN to it. Any other upgraded (non-custodial) wallet will work also.
Remove RVN from custodial accounts by sending to an updated wallet, at least until this upgrade is complete and everyone is on the same page. Examples of custodial accounts: Binance, Bittrex, (other exchanges), Crypto.com, Spend.com.
Do not transfer RVN until we have a good sense that everyone has upgraded. These are just recommendations, but it safer not to send RVN from Sept 30th until a few days after Oct 1, and we know who has upgraded and who hasn’t.
Don’t buy or sell any RVN to/from anyone, including exchanges that you don’t know have upgraded. Wait until the network has stabilized and everyone knows where everything stands.

Im small-time hobby miner and still haven't found good instructions what is needed to do for new algo..
1. The coins on wallets and on exchanges do not need any action, correct?
And old coins will be still valid/official RVN coins after the fork?
2. Wallet update: I see it needs to be upgraded before 1st Oct. How to do it correctly?
I see many files in https://github.com/RavenProject/Ravencoin/releases/tag/v2.5.1 (using windows):
