I can see 2 scenario that would lead to that, 1. RBX dev waking up from almost 3 months of sleep, 2. A group or the community taking over the project.

It was recently pumped but dump right after. Anyone holding 12k on their waves address should be interested to this information. Anyone with $1K can buy millions of this token to profit. I'd be one of those who will be buying millions of these token if I see a good future.
