Yes, 100.000 eth is their hardcap. If ico reaches that, they will stop before september 30. If don't they will just adjust the budget.

Kickico is a platform to launch different ICOs whereas REAL is a platform for only real estate biz.
No ICO is happening on REAL platform.

And you have to think about it like this: In KickIco you invest in different ICOs which are crowdfounded while in REAL you invest in different real estate projects. But, if you invest in Real estate projects you can also get money (eth) over time through earnings of the estate. This is something you don't get at KickIco because it has a different concept and focus. Smiley

With REAL you could invest in a state, like a big resort, or a mansion, then receive your payments for the rental of said state, you, of course, invest your REAL tokens, and the profits get distributed to each token holder that has a share in that particular project or state, eventually, you'll get all your tokens back, and then just start getting profits alone. KickIco, is only for investing in ICOs and projects that have a product or services, you FUND this projects, and receive the rewards that the organizer of the project promised to their funders.

Great initiative. I have the same thinking. The real estate market will be one of the best investments in crypto. in Brazil, operations that require this platform are already carried out. E And legalization of transactions is already being judged in the chambers

Sooo...crunching some numbers, feel free to check my math since I'm not a math genius.

Phase 1

25,0000 ETH = 5,500,000 REAL
x25%=1,375,000 Bonus REAL
=6,875,000 REAL

Phase 2

Current as of September 14

9,703 ETH = 2,134,660 REAL
x20% = 426,932 Bonus REAL
=2,561,592 REAL

Or...if our ICO date expires my guess is that we complete Phase 2 funding

25,000 ETH = 5,500,000
x20% = 1,100,000 Bonus REAL
=6,600,000 REAL

End of Phase 2 will have 13,475,000 REAL issued.

Now the fun stuff.

When ICO is done assuming phase 2 is sold out.

(Throwing some imaginary figures out there.)

1 ETH=$300 USD x 50,000 ETH = $15,000,000 USD / 13,475,000 REAL

1 REAL = $1.10 USD

Assuming the Dev's or whales don't immediately dump their coins on the exchange.

The correction of eth is a good opportunity for fiat holders of they want to go in real. If you have already invest its not a problem, the value of Real will go high shortly and correct that. And we already have the bonus when we buy real. Ico will continue and reach a very good value, we already have great fund. Real will do nice things in real estate very soon !

I think investor will wait a little while for ETH to slid down so that they can maximize their ETH's value when they buy REAL tokens. Smiley

I believe a team member was one of the founders of PortBlue, so this would be an easy acces. Would be stupid not to use it.

This hotel? If they have parthnerhips, its doesnt mean, they but this hotel. May be they ll build another one together

partnership with portblue hotel mean, they have access to portblue team for selling asset, such as portblue shares, renting room, or build a new portblue hotel in other place. its only my opinion, maybe some one can give more detail about i.

I think they opens branches to others cities or other countries or buy goods or more increase sevicess. that is good opportunity. real project always doing good for future.

As I know, their concept a little different. They ll dont buy anything. They ll buiding and than rent out this buildings or can seel. And investors ll receive dividends.

REAL should wait until Ethereum goes POS to maximize conversion to EURO.
