Everyone knows that the price will increase again within a week (I hope).
So they just have to hold on these funds and all will go well Wink.

Why has to hart? ETH will be growing in a week or few weeks. But It a good chance for us - invest with cheap ETH

Mostly US Citizens because of the new SEC ruling. But its even worse in China where they ban ICO and some exchanges are closing.
If so, then being listed on some exchanges will be a good news for US citizens.

In Singapur is also a bad place for cryptocurrencies, similar to the USA, though they could invest using vpn; I was a very busy, and now that I return, I see that the ICO is doing very well, now with 8 million Cheesy, it's a good a thing I was early.

My blockchain can beat up your blockchain
So, there will be many properties to invest our tokens in. Is there going to be a limited timeframe to invest tokens into each property? For example. Can we invest tokens into a property that has already been acquired by REAL and is being rented out? Or can we only invest in the purchasing of the property? If that is the case, but we can trade our tokens anytime, do the joint ownership shares increase for the tenants in common?

It's less than 16 days before the ICO ends, and I think the ICO's 2nd stage target of 25k - 50k ETH will be achieved within that period. Smiley

Yes you can already find that kind of invest in your bank, a fund that invest in real estate and you touch interest in return of your invest. But its not always clear and simple and even in these asset you need a lot of money to start. With REAL you can join the project and start to invest in real estate with a low amount of you want to start a new way of invest, and you can invest with your crypto, witch is a great feature. Real will open a really huge market possibility for real estate and crypto lovers.

If a building grow in price a lot you can also trade you RPP (real platform partecipation) and get more REAL back, you have more ways to gain with this platform Smiley

Haven't thought about this possibilty but it's nearly a win:win:win situation  Grin Invest in REAL, make profit through the steady income of the real estate, make profit through raising prices of the tokens and make profit through growing prices of the building.

Can't remember if it has been asked before but is it possible to trade your RPP back for REAL tokens at any time? For example when I'd like to switch my investment from one property to an other.

If I recall correctly yes, some time ago Melissa said that RPP are tradable anytime, to switch property or to take profits in REAL tokens, but better ask her again here or on telegram.
@haxllega, RPP are an internal token, you can trade/exchange them only on REAL platform

I also think they said you can. The company has bought the profit, so if you sell your RPP tokens in a property, REAL will be the ones buying them back. Basically, they own the property, you use x amount to buy x amount of the property and you can sell it back later.



Well on some point you must be able to change your property rights back to tokens, either you can sell it back to REAL or to someone else. If you can't what would you do to sell your property rights? Sell in fiat?  Shocked No thanks!

To speak about the ideology of the real estate concept i think that this project is so crazy, people could all have a part of a real estate and they will share together the profits. Also everybody could be an owner of a building but none will be an exclusive owner. It could help to makes things better and trustful. My words was to be happy and optimistic, i know that it's not exactly about the project but each new idea can brings and create a lot after. That's the case for real estate.

I think China creates a CNY tether (like USDT) and you can only trade CNY to CNYT. That way fiat money doesn't flow out of the country, but into the government. If they also tax it, I wonder if crypto remains an attractive investment for the Chinese citizens. And then they will look into real estate again. Maybe trade real estate into crypto... Wink

I think real project not accepting USA or other countries to part of this project. that why they return them. that is i only thinking.

it does not matter here - all because bitcoin fall , Chinese was published many negative news in this month
but this precedent has already happened .. BTC with 1k dropped to 300... will grow, and everything will be fine.

That has nothing to do with them not accepting US based investors. The amount of raised USD just dropped because the ETH they received lost value.

Yup, its because ETH dipped really hard. Why are ICOs even that long? 90% of the collected money is raised in the first week, why would they need a 30 day ICO...
