I'm not too worried about this projects future. I think that the team they have assembled here will be able to meet the challenges of not reaching the hard cap. I believe the support is huge for this project. I've been active I their telegram too. So I've been paying close attention to this and I think my investment is safe.

Melisa told us that even if they don't reach 100k they will be continuing whole project. And this is good news because 100,000 ETH is kinda high so I doubt if they can reach that
So we can say that 100k is their hard cap but they dont any have soft cap to release the project right?

We have already reached 10 million, wich is a huge amount, and we still have time. I think we can even reach the hard cap cause we gain in visibility and people love real estate project, especially when it's linked to crypto currencies.
And we can still have a 20% bonus, its a very good bonus, really cool for people who want to hold REAL token for a long time, REAL is a long term invest, like real estate !

Around 34200 ETH while I'm writing. The rate is not really that, there's a 20% bonus till 50000 ETH treshold, so we're talking about 264 REAL/ETH (so glad I got in at 275 real/eth though)

That's great news. Now it's already over 10m $ and there is still time to hit 30m $ but in worst case it's not very small amount and they can adjust it and so they will.

In conclusion we can say project already hit the soft cap, and there is still too much time for hard cap which is 100k eth.

what is experience level of team to manage property in those particular area?

Are there gonna be memebers of the team who manage the property or they gonna outsource someone? Can they cope with so many houses, appartments, etc in so many locations?

I think there's obviously going to be people managing on site and contractors/intermediaries. It's not unusual. people with a lot of properties do this all the time.

Having access to a large funding is key in real estate. Moreover I assume they will utilise a loan structure so the funds raised in the ICO will be to secure loans with the aparments as securities.

I agree with 30 million USD you could buy some real investments in even the most expensive cities.
Its a lot of money, but they are planning to invest in more luxurious properties and if they want to start with few of them, they should invest really smart or the money will be gone fast.

The people behind the project are professionals, they know what they can do with the money there are trying to get, so 30 million is enough to buy some good real states in differents parts of the world, AND lets not forget that they are already a company inside the industry, they are just transitioning to a blockchain community driven model, which will serve well for them to grow and for us to invest and get profits, so a win win for all.
Yes brother, they have this one in the bag already! They operate out of two location's, one being in spain, another within Singapore. That's two locations to choose properties from. Europe, and Asia are sure to provide beautiful land for their purchase.

I think they just have the business registered in Singapore for tax break/ ease of acquiring certain license. am not sure if they plan to invest in Singapore yet. Am, I might be wrong and if so, someone should correct me.

So they don't think it will be a issue.

In the whitepaper they allocated 43,759 ETH for core operations. That was enough buffer for 5 years. 27,000 ETH is 62%, if they keep the salaries the same that's enough for 3 years.

A smaller buffer means there is a bigger incentive to make sure they can earn their salaries through their investments if they want to survive for longer than 3 years.

The question is, will they be able to make $2,7 million a year with $20 million worth of investments?
