Any chance there will be modifications to account for ETH's recent increase?  The "1 ETH = 220 tokens" plan was made when ETH was around $200.  It's now nearly double that.  In other words, the plan was for investors to obtain REAL tokens at around $1 each; now, investors would have to pay around $2 each.

There's been no change in what REAL brings to the table in that time, but now they stand to collect double their planned ICO proceeds merely because of a substantial change in ETH valuation.  The end result being that investors stand to receive half the value they were intended to get.  And, assuming REAL did a good job valuing their offering when initially announcing "1 ETH = 220 tokens," the current ETH exchange rate means REAL will start out being substantially overvalued.

I like the promise of the platform, but would be much more comfortable investing if the exchange rate were modified to give investors the value that the team had originally planned to provide.


Good point. They recently halved their soft and hard caps, because their target is around 30 MM USD for soft cap and 60 MM USD for hard cap.
Given that the price will most probably reach $400 it seems they need to reduce their caps again to around 75,000 ETH soft and 150,000 ETH hard.

There is always an advice to hold or rather hodl in the crypto world. This token clearly represents that mindset. Most of our basic needs as human revolve around food or shelter and while investing in a perishable product has its advantages, an investment in real estate could easily secure your great grand children's future. So hopefully we all follow uit to invest and own a part of something.

We've woke up this morning with this message from Ian Balina, one of the most influential youtubers on the Crypto-scene.

"I've re-scored them, giving them 3 points for now having a prototype. Their score now jumps from a 73% to a 93%. They're now one of the best real estate ICOs this month. Their demo might even be much better than Propy's demo."

After seeing the demo of the platform i have a question. When the details of the platform are displayed, will there be any demographic data? Things like average income of the neighborhood, crime rates in comparison to the rest of the city, etc. For residential properties i believe this can be a very strong factor. Of course the platform that you showed is still alpha/beta, but it is a function that i believe could be useful.

Thanks I missed this video. have to say that design is pretty neat and orientation on that web seems to intuitive. I hope that there will be multi-language support.

I hope that you only invest in legal buildings, as there are many illegal ones in spain, especially at the beachfront. I saw a documentation about this and it's really annoying how they have destroyed the nature with the help of corrupt local authorities. Maybe thats also a chance of making advertising. I mean, who didnt want to buy a house or a share of it, when he also can have a good conscience.
In lithuania is the same .. A lot of our national parks are becoming one big townhouses,not to mention some living buildings are build in papper as "office" buildings to avoid some taxes and after that "f*&^" buyers ..so i hope this project have some failsafes and regulation to avoid con artitsts and illegal builders
