Great News!!

We've woke up this morning with this message from Ian Balina, one of the most influential youtubers on the Crypto-scene.

"I've re-scored them, giving them 3 points for now having a prototype. Their score now jumps from a 73% to a 93%. They're now one of the best real estate ICOs this month. Their demo might even be much better than Propy's demo."

93% is one of the top ratings to ICO's ever.

Isn't 1.5 USD per Real Coin too high for an ICO?

THE RATE IS 220 PER ETH.

This is very reasonable. Another recent and ongoing ICO, FoodCoin, is set at 100 per ETH.

Ian Balina, cryptocurrency and ico investor extraordinaire, just gave this ico a 93% rating, which is phenomenal.

What is the Hard cap of Foodcoin? Real is at 50M?

We're talking about real estate here. Don't be fooled about a single token's price but look at the overall pack.

If you take into consideration other real estate investment societies, even if the hard cap was reached, it is not too much money to buy and sell RS.

That's my thinking as well. This is a different type of investment with a different potential return. There is no set price/token, you're just looking at averages. But the projects are completely different, with different potential gains.
compare 2 different project is good, but here we discussing about REAL, not other.
if you can, please don't call a product name. just give us initial such as "ICO with same idea"

There is no doubt about the Project. I Love Real Estate

It is just the Price that worries me most and considering that the DEVS are holding half of the coins

Once they dump then it would create a SELL Wall that will bring the Price down

I would have to invest with caution and not all in

look at the distribution terms, only 20% will hold on devs team.

look back to road map. $1.5/REAL is bit price, but we just believe that road map is real.
with december we got ROI, and about legal fee, they need money to do that.
so, believe this program, and you will get more if this program successful

My blockchain can beat up your blockchain
The price is the only thing that concerns me most

0.5 to 1 USD per Real and I might have gone all in

1.5 USD is a bit pricey

Other ICO like Nexus.Social SCL is priced at 0.4 USD per SCL Coin. I believe that Real is a little better but it cost so much @ 1.5 USD  Cry

I'm going to have to agree. 1.50 USD per token is incredibly high given the number of tokens available. With the promise of ROI as early as December...... That may raise some red flags...
Don't mistake my concern as doubt in this project though. This team is doing this ICO better than most and I personally think a new standard has been set thanks to REAL's ICO.

If they can truly bring 12-20% annual profits this project will be awesome! I might put a big amount of my savings there if it works like they say it will.

Assume the worst. Assume you will lose it all. Only invest what you can lose.

real estate is most profitable business going all over the world. i am prefer real estate is best opportunity to invest on real project.

ehm leeman brothers, usa real estate crash?

presently there is a bubble in europe as well, since the EZB has lowered the intereset drastically. ppl are awaiting a bubble crash nowadays.

for example. a normal house with garden an 800m² costs about 200-300k € in germany, and now, the price is set at 400-500k nowadays. ppl are shooting above their income and get a credit, thus risking off not being able to pay the credit in long term.

ofc, real estate is a good investment, but not now imo

I agree that real estate markets can crash. I disagree that we are currently in a bubble right now though and think it's a very good time to get into real estate. In many European countries the housing market is only just getting out of the slump. Their Medium article mentions two partners in Spain, so lets look at Spanish housing market. That looks like a turnaround of the housing market to me.

In 2012, house prices fell 11.34% (-13.82% inflation-adjusted)
In 2013, house prices fell 9.19% (-9.44% inflation-adjusted)
In 2014, house prices fell 2.96% (-1.96% inflation-adjusted)
In 2015, house prices fell 1.71% (-1.71% inflation-adjusted)
In 2016, house prices increased slightly by 1.67% (0.1% inflation-adjusted)

As the real estate market is catching up, this Real token backed up by physical real estate can change the way
real estate operates. At least in will introduce a new digital
currency, Real Token, to real estate industry. If well adopted, I think the system will become very efficient in handling a large volume of paper work that often involve, making the buy/selling property much easier

thanks for sharing the Spain real estate  industry data,
