ya in my country some house is worth than 10 million . hope when reach softcap they still can do well then price maybe x10 when people realize they miss a good project.

You can't minimise a huge market to one house. In my country, there are some houses worth more than 20 million but there are some houses worth 10.000$ maybe less. So it's their choosing to how to invest. I trusted their judgment and invested them. Now it's time to wait.

Exactly, million dollar plus houses will always be the exception. Even in Dubai or something

I think this is the reason as well. I don't see any other reason why else they would do that. They just want to be prepared for the future and not have a hassle (and no hassle for the investors). looks like 10 Mil is raised so far. good start of project. hopefully make it to 16-18 mil. last week is more important.

The less they raise, the more room to grow for the investors. But I cross my fingers for REAL that they reach their goals, because this is a really interesting concept.
I'm sure that they will rise more than that. Big fishes and whales are surely interested in every major real estate ICO. REAL also have dividends system included

Everything with dividends is always good for my passive income portfolio, my only concern is, does bittrex add coins that pays up dividends? I recall a conversation about something that they would not include those.

Bittrex does add the coin/token, but usually (always?) doesn't payout the dividends. Like Neo for instance, you can buy it on Bittrex, but it won't generate GAS for you. You will need to move it to your own wallet for that.

That being said, i think there is a misunderstanding. As i understand it, the REAL token doesn't give dividends. With the REAL token you can go on the REAL platform, buy RPP tokens and with those tokens purchase part of a property. Income on that property will give you a return in ETH, i suppose those are the dividends then. But the REAL token does not give it. Correct me if i'm wrong, but that's how i understood it.

So, real tokens not count as dividends? because, they want to work in USA also, And SEC also in USA and against dividends. So, they ll dont have any problem on USA market?

Thinks it's everywhere the same. You have high-end houses and apartments which will cost a lot, then you have not so expensive ones and also really cheap ones. And up to the country you look for there are also really big differences. In some countries you pay maybe 2 million $ for an high-end house which you would pay in another country 10 milion $.

That is relative as in my country for 10 million dollars you can buy 20+ really top houses or like 100 mid tier ones.


it also depends on the location you want to buy in. if you buy in locations with high tourism , like Real wants to do, then the price will sky rocket.

And it's not like they are 'only' have these 10 million dollars available. I think they plan to finance the property with a bank loan (50% of the value if I remember correctly). I am sure they'll pick some very interesting real estates properties for the amount they already got. And the ICO is still running!
