i don't get it, why this coin is better then any alt coin?
premine = pump n' dump...realcoin backed be the dollar, are you serious? That defeats the entire concept of the protocol, the blockchain and bitcoin.

Trying to peg a crypto coin to any fiat just results in an EPIC fail. The Brazilians / South Americans already tried this with HashDollar (XHD) and backed it with diamonds / precious gems and it still fell over

REC looks pretty much dead.
Truthfully I'm amazed it lasted this long considering :/I mean ~1 month and 4 days was 33 days too many!

It sounds like the network is dead and I cannot find this coin on coinmarketcap. The coin looks dead to me, but you never know, it might come back to life.
