The fact that there will be KYC was known from the very beginning of the bounty. This question was asked dozens of times and in telegrams here on the forum. And initially Republia was one of the key products of the RepubliaID (digital analogue of the Identity Card).

There is no merger. Paxnet is a Korean company that has effectively purchased (subject to conditions) only part of the blockchain technology that Republia claims it can achieve.
There are no coins. There are no tokens. There was no ICO. The claims about hitting various targets and caps was nonsense and lies.
They will not pay any bounties. All those displaying avatars and signatures will get nothing.
Republia is operated by the Minexsystem/Minexcoin/Minexpay team - both have been exposed as scammers. If Paxnet had done their research on this forum they would never have given a lifeline to the Republia scammers.

Project Republia is over. Koreans bought part of theirs technical project to make for them ETH blockchain version.They will fund it in full,it is now Korean project,they made new company - Paxchain and people from Republia are just hired to do it.Nothing more and nothing less.
