You probably didnt understand what is really behind this news. Main news is that Republia project as we know it is effectively DEAD.
Ther will be no public sales ,no ICO , no RPB coin, no money for the people who took acitivity in theirs propaganda ,except (maybe) for few biggest trolls we all know.
So what really happened - Korean company hired only Republia R&D division to try to make for them derivative of ETH blockchain tech.Koreans have no interest in other parts of Republia project except in some parts of R&D project.This is not real merging as presented.Korean company is 100000s times greater than Republia,so merging is total nonsense - like a whale swallows little fish in the ocean - no one call it merging
Koreans simply buy its tech-related idea and hired them as theirs workforce to finish part of techonlogy they are interested.When and if finished it will be implemented on theirs Asian market.

Private sale, Bounty and everything else will be the same. Your researches is useless like always. The only change is: it will be no public sale at all. But RPB now have access to the Korea markets. And that is very good for RPB holders.
Nope. Republia project as presented till now is officially dead.Koreans is now completely funding this new project - there will be no public sale or private sale. Koreans hired them to finish one part of tech-project and is not intereseted in RPB other parts - coin,RPB bank ,parking program, payment cards and the rest of it. RPB holders now holds nothing and it is lucky that there are no many of them.Probably former Republia leadership will award few most loyal trolls with some money.But only them, there is no money for the rest.
Koreans gave them some money for the first phase as they did to many small companies with projects that can be usefull for them. I hope so that former Republia CEOs dont think how they can outsmart Koreans , to stall project and use them as theirs cash cow.As all nations from far-East , they demand punctuality and strictly obligation to agreed time deadlines. They will terminate cooperation on first sight of insincerity and you cant make troll attack on them like on Minex investors.
1-st. How do you can know that if you don't have access to RPB documents? You don't know anything about inside info. So it's just your opinion and as I know your opinions in the past was always wrong.
2-nd. If you are so smart why you didn't created your own project but running around Bitcointalk with your boyfriend Jolly and criticize other projects?
3-rd. I think big Korean company is much smarter than troll like you. So my suggestion to you is simply to leave this thread and good luck with merit earning at Bitcointalk.
1 - All needed info is in press release. Did you read it at all? What is on the picture - Big Korean company will finance developpment of
blockchain project of former Republia for its own purpose. Due to this there will be no ICO public sale,Koreans will make new company - Paxchain for this purpose.
Koreans will finance blockchain project in full and former Republia team is hired to do tech part of work. No public sale, Republia project is ceasing to exist like it was, Koreans take over and obviously will not finance others,mainly economic parts of former Republia.Just blockchain.
Did Koreans buy RPB coins or share in RPB bank? No, they did not! Just blockchain idea.They are not so stupid,they not need new Boris bank with 70% parking rate.
2 - Iam criticizing projects because I want them to be better. There are too many scams in crypto which are suffocating whole crypto scene.In ICO scene especially,because it is completely unregulated econimic area with no protection at all for investors. From mine own experience in dealing with economic things, if people made bad business decision by mistake they are always willing to receive needed help to make it right. But if decision was made on purpose, to deceive investors or business partners, when you start to talk with them and presenting them founded data, they became very,very angry,agressive ,throwing insults,etc.They does not care for any help,they are angry because theirs scams have been discovered. Sounds familiar?
3 - I agree that Korean company is far smarter than trolls like you. Iam not interesting in merit gathering. I have so many more important things in mine life than paying attention on merits on Bitcointalk.
I wish Koreans and former Republia team all the best and hope that former Republia team would not do something stupid and ruin business credibility so early in theirs lives.This is theirs second chance, third one comes very,very rare,so be honest and smart.
I wrote what I had and have no more reasons to talk about Republia,now when it turned into complete different thing under new management.
